Mechanism of ATI-2341
ATI-2341 induces CXCR4- and G-protein-dependent signaling pathways, receptor migration and chemotaxis in CXCR4-expressing cells. ATI-2341 is an effective mobilizer of bone marrow polymorphonuclear neutrophils and hematopoietic progenitor cells, and may be used as a therapeutic method to recruit hematopoietic progenitor cells before autologous bone marrow transplantation. ATI-2341 can induce chemotaxis in CCRF-CEM cells.
